Shipping Fees and Methods:
Truck deliveries are shipped via common carrier. Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s). We are contracted with 4 of the largest freight companies in the U.S. and we will use the best rate and fastest lead-time for your area! You may request a shipping quote for any of our product(s) simply by providing us with your shipping zip-code and the list of products you are interested in purchasing. Unlike most door companies, we do not up-charge for a crating fee.
Customers will be contacted by the shipping company to schedule delivery. Customers are solely responsible for any fees or costs (including, but not limited to, storage and re-delivery) resulting from customer's failure to take delivery on the scheduled time. Once your order ships, you will be provided with all delivery information, including a tracking number and the common carrier's contact information.
Truck delivery is "Threshold Delivery" only. In most cases, threshold delivery means the item will be delivered just inside the first floor
front door of your home or office. If there are steps leading to your front door the item will be placed in your garage or delivered to your dock. When delivering to an apartment building delivery will be to the central lobby only. Delivery personnel will not unpack or setup the item for you and will not place it in a specific room. We recommend that 2 to 3 individuals be present to assist in taking delivery. Normal delivery hours for Large Item Shipping are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. The delivery company will contact you at the number you provide to arrange a delivery time. Truck delivery transit time is generally between 3-9 business days and varies depending on delivery location and conditions. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and outside the continental United States require additional transit time.
ETODOORS.com uses UPS and Fed-Ex as the primary carriers for most small items. The Shopping Cart application will allow you to calculate your estimated shipping costs. The shipping calculator is also available upon checkout so that you will be able to calculate the standard shipping costs for your full order, before completing your purchase. If you select a different shipping method during checkout, additional charges may apply. All UPS and Fed-Ex deliveries require the customer's presence and signature upon delivery of the package.
ETODoors.com is responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery vendors directly. You, the customer, do NOT have to pay anything to the truckers at the time of delivery or at any other time. Any and all such payments, if made by the customer to the carrier company or its representatives, for any additional or existing services, will be at your sole discretion and cost. You agree that ETODoors.com will not refund such payments under any circumstances.

"Will Call" service is available at our Los Angeles facility located at: 1340 E. 6th Street
Los Angeles, CA 90021. Please make sure to contact us to confirm your order is ready for pick up prior to arriving.
We ship to any residential or commercial address in the United States and Canada. Any change of delivery date or address must be received in writing and called in to our office within 5 hours of placing your order. All of our doors are shipped safely in a secure pallet system, specifically designed to protect your products.
All Other Countries:
For international shipments please call or email us for details and shipping rates. Brokerage fees, import tariffs, customs duties, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes, may apply to international orders and are assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery. ETODoors.com does not calculate these fees at the time of order, and they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please inquire with local customs authorities for more information regarding applicable fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders. Refunds will be for the merchandise amount only. ETODoors.com cannot refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. ETO Doors Corp. ships from a state-of-the-art warehouse center in Los Angeles, California. Your order is thoroughly reviewed by ETO's Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). For security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main Los Angeles, California warehouse. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
Time for Delivery:
Total time is based on the amount of time to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. You can check the status of your order at anytime by calling ETO Doors' Status Department at (213) 622-2003 OR e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Inspection and Claims:
Customer is solely responsible to inspect the freight for shortages or signs of damage upon receipt of goods while the driver is still there. If there is any freight damage the customer must refuse the freight and note it (type and location) on the freight company’s paperwork. If the customer finds any freight damage after the driver has left the property it is the customer’s responsibility to file a freight claim with the freight company. When receiving package please check doors before releasing driver and note any damage on the delivery receipt. If the driver cannot wait on inspection, please note on the delivery receipt "potential damage subject to inspection." Please contact us immediately if you notice any damage to your product at (213) 622-2003.
ETODoors.com assumes no responsibility or liability for damage to the product and/or personal injury to an individual or any other issue that may arise from the delivery process.
IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INACCESSIBLE OR INVALID, CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY THE PURCHASE ORDER AMOUNT AND THE ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES. WE STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PICKING UP THE ORDER FROM THE FREIGHT COMPANY`S TERMINAL OR ANY LOCATION OTHER THAN THE DELIVERYADDRESS, SINCE ETODOORS.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.
ETODOORS.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OTHER THAN THOSE MENTIONED ON THE FREIGHTCOMPANY`S DELIVERY RECEIPT. PLEASE ENSURE YOU INSPECT THE CONTENT OF YOUR ORDER BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY FREIGHT RECEIPT. THE TRUCKER WILL NOT UNCRATE OR OPEN THE PACKAGE. THEREFORE, THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO OPEN THE BOXES AND INSPECT THE CONTENTS.
Installation and/or use of any door product constitutes customer's acceptance. No damage or shortage claim can be made once a door/unit has been installed!
