By signing the ETO Doors Estimate/Work Order Confirmation you are agreeing to the following terms:

No refund/ exchanges on non-stock items, pre-hung units/ doors or custom orders (i.e. cut down), which may be categorized  as "SO", Custom Order or "PH".  On all other products not previously mentioned as non-refundable a 25% restocking will be charged. No credit terms will be given to any customer.  Buyer agrees to pay all legal and collection costs for any delinquency in payments.  All doors must be finished/sealed within 72 hours of receipt of delivery.  Improper finishing/sealing of doors will void the warranty.  In case any disputes arise with this order, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Los Angeles County, California with respect to all matters relating to this order and waive your rights to removal or consent to removal. (*All doors are delivered un-finished and un-stained*).  All missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  All estimates are valid for 60 days from the date of estimate
